Chapters of calm is a combination of my favourite things; books, self care, and chocolate!

Through Chapters of Calm, I aim to bring self-care to as many people as possible, as I know just how much it can help with mental health and the overall quality of life. My goal is to help individuals prioritise their own needs and make time for themselves in their busy schedules. 

In addition to promoting self-care practices, it is important to emphasise the role that books can play in helping individuals escape their busy schedules and find moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. Reading can be a form of self-care that allows individuals to immerse themselves in different worlds, explore new perspectives and take a break from the stresses of daily life.

I am committed to sustainability by utilising recyclable paper and preloved boxes where possible as it is a priority for me to make our planet greener.
